THE HIBA EXPERIENCE

Our head chef is Grandmother who cooks the most delicious and amazing dishes, ably assisted by our talented chefs who she keeps under her sparkly gaze! The kitchen and front-of-house teams help in her daily mission to feed the hundreds of people who walk through our doors to enjoy the unique tastes of Hiba’s cuisine.

You’ll find a comprehensive menu including much-loved shawarmas grilling slowly on the spit, freshly cooked chicken and lamb dishes accompanied by colourful salads. There are many vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes too. If you have any questions, we’re happy to advise those new to the cuisine and others with particular dietary requirements.
